Tasting notes
The flavour profile of this sits somewhere in between the Chablis and Petit Chablis from Domaine de la Motte. It has a restrained savoury, citrus and herbal nose followed by greater intensity on the palate. Cooked lemons, green apples and a stoney minerality are complemented by a nice citrus acidity to the end with a lovely clean finish.Food match
