El Jimador Reposado is made with 100% mature blue agave, handcrafted via our proprietary production process and aged for two months in American oak barrels. The result is an exquisite golden color, perfectly balanced flavors and an unusually smooth and mellow character. Light, warm amber colour. Buttery, cooked agave with notes of almond, vanilla and spices aroma. Rich, toasted agave with hints of vanilla and caramel flavour. Moderately smoky with lingering hints of caramel finish.
