Aspect: Intense garnet color and ruby edges, mixed with violet brushstrokes. Bright and shiny.
Nose: Clean and pronounced aromas of ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry, currant) mixed with cocoa, coffee and spicy notes, supported by well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity. Subtle spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon along with a mineral background.
Palate: A plush texture that carries marked and sweet flavors in this attractive red wine. Velvety, with silky body and ripe tannins. Fresh and concentrated palate, with a long finish and a modern style. Great aging potential over the next 5-10 years.

Ideal for roasted red meats (lamb), grilled white meats, and small game meats such as hare and rabbit.
It is recommended to uncork 30 minutes before serving at a temperature between 15 and 18ºC.
