The Symphonie cuvée features a harmonious composition of aromas. With its finesse and freshness, it is the perfect way to discover the Maison’s style. This AOC Côtes-de-Provence-classed rosé is made from a combination of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) sourced from the estate of the Maison Sainte Marguerite and plots of partner winegrowers with whom Enzo and Olivier Fayard work closely & ensure the collection & vinification of the whole. 2023 was a challenging year – a real winemaker’s year – in terms of weather, requiring close surveillance of the vineyard and a capacity for anticipation.
