Valley of Mother of God smoked gin is a transportive experience; a memory of long walks in a forest of maples with a faint smell of wood smoke in the distance.
In a process that took three years to perfect, Ottawa Valley juniper was gently smoked by hand over maplewood at Foxglove Farm, then slowly infused into our original dry gin. Much like a peaty Scotch, this elegantly balanced gin has a rich yet subtly sweet smoke.
With a quiet sophistication, our Maplewood Smoked Gin is a uniquely Canadian expression of rugged luxury, worthy of the most notable cocktails.
