The white Sancerre “Le Grand Moulin” accompanies seafood, fish, but also starters of raw vegetables, salads, cold cuts and cheese.
As an aperitif, it can be accompanied by petit fours, amuse-bouche, verrines or simply a crottin de Chavignol.
Some vintages, although changing in character after several years, find their rightful place alongside foie gras, for example.
