Created in 2017, the Fantastique Rosé cuvee is an AOC Côtes-de-Provence-classed wine. Both organic and vegan, it is made with precision from three grape varieties, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), which complement one another perfectly to deliver a rich, authentic expression of their terroirs. 2023 was a challenging year – a real winemaker’s year – in terms of weather, requiring close surveillance of the vineyard and a capacity for anticipation. With a savoir-faire perfected over 47 vintages, the two brothers achieved a harvest of generous quality which allowed them to create an elegant cuvée. Made exclusively from grapes grown in the terroir of Château Sainte Marguerite, Fantastique Rosé 2023 is a precise, well-balanced wine with sharp minerality. It seduces with its freshness and finesse, showcasing the style that distinguishes Sainte Marguerite en Provence.
