In the instance where you are eligible for a refund, this will be made to your credit/debit card and will take approximately 7 working days depending on your bank.
We do not accept returns of goods once delivered. You may however choose to return the full order at the time of delivery without opening the package (or breaking the seal).

If the building security does not give our team the access to the building, you will be required to meet our delivery team in the lobby of the building to accept your delivery. Please note if you fail to meet our delivery team we will take your order back as returned .
