Del Maguey Pechuga is made in very small batches in the village of Santa Catarina Minas, with 100% Espadín agave. The spirit is naturally fermented and distilled three times in traditional clay stills with bamboo tubing. A peculiar expression of mezcal in which apples, plums, red plantains, pineapples, almonds and even a chicken breast are used in the third distillation.
