COLOUR: Golden Mahogany NOSE: Subtle vanilla, spice, pine forests, toasted oak and lemon zest with hints of toffee. There are sweet sticky pudding and caramelized fruit in the background. The nose is not complicated but nice and toasty. PALATE: Very spicy with toasted oak floating about with a mint freshness. Hints of dry paper and pepper. A faint hint of vanilla floating about in the background. The addition of water does not do it justice. Water brings more citrus and pepper in the Jim Beam White. It takes away any last bit of sweetness and only leaves the pepper. It has a light body and is not very complex. FINISH: Long and dry with citrus and pepper -

Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 5 years was made from 100% premium Indica rice. Matured in 1st filled White Oak casks and seated in subtropical climate at the southern end of Okinawa Japan for more than 5 years. Rich with woody aroma and dark fruity flavor. Body is smooth and mellow and finished with sweet notes.Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet scent of caramel and vanilla, and a bit licorice. Oak barrels bring in woody and spices notes. Palate: Sweet caramel with a fresh vanilla note. With a hint of tannins from Oak barrels. Finish: Smooth, mellow and sweet, with woody notes and spices like pepper. -
Matured twice in American Oak, Laphroaig quarter cask presents an irresistible doubling of flavour. Because the second maturation takes place in smaller, quarter-sized casks, the spirit has more contact with wood. This lends hints of coconut, banana and vanilla to the instantly recognizable Laphroaig flavor of smoky peat complemented by a surprising sweetness. Laphroaig Quarter Cask begins its maturation in ex-bourbon barrels and, while still aging, is transferred to small quarter casks.
